    THE LAB MEETS DAILY FOR 2 HOURS AND SESSIONS FOLLOW THIS ITINERARY:

    • FIRST HOUR IS DISCUSSION OF PRIOR DAYS MESSAGE

    • 30 MINUTES OF REIKI/ENERGY SESSION

    • 30 MINUTES OF READING THE MESSAGE RECEIVED AND DISCUSSION OF SESSION

    All sessions are recorded and posted daily and you do not need to attend live! The frequency is just as strong on replay and some say even more so on subsequent viewings! 

    You may move at your own pace. While it is wonderful to be live it is not necessary. 

    I highly recommend you are present live for the following dates though: 

    March 3rd, March 12th and March 20th.
