All Sessions are 2 hours long and live via Zoom. Playbacks are posted immediately following the end of the session.
Sessions follow the structure of:
1 Hour of discussion from the prior day or of pertinent information
30 Minutes energy session
30 Minutes of reading the days message and closing remarks
**We will also meet for one hour the week following a Mini Lab for a Renewal and Purification event and then the next week for a Completion and Embodiment Event.**
